By default, the tool owner of a subscription is notified of renewal notifications or any other updates made to the subscription. For more information about assigning a tool owner, see this article.
Users who follow or comment on a subscription automatically receive related notifications.
To follow a subscription, toggle "Follow" in the Feed section of the Activities tab.
