Manage your notification settings

Notification settings can be accessed from Settings > Notifications.

On this page, you have the capability to perform several configurations:

1. Add the Sastrify Slack App: This feature enables your organization to receive notifications directly within your Slack workspace. You can find more information about this feature here. 
2. Set renewal reminders: Designed for proactive renewal management, this option lets you schedule company-wide reminders well in advance of subscription due dates. You can find more information about this feature here.
3. Define channel preferences: You can select preferred channels for receiving notifications, in addition to those delivered through the Sastrify app (In-app).
4. Set individual notification events: This section provides detailed control over your notification settings. You can select the specific events and channels from which you want to receive notifications and effortlessly enable or disable them as needed. The options you configure here determine how all Sastrify users receive their notifications.

Manage preferences via email

Every email notification sent by Sastrify contains a link that allows you to manage your notification preferences. 

1. Open an email sent by Sastrify.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email.
3. Click on “Manage preferences”.
