Manage your notification settings

Notification Settings can be accessed from Settings > Notifications.

On this page, you have the capability to perform several tasks:

1. Add the Sastrify Slack App: This feature enables your organization to receive notifications directly within your Slack workspace. You can find more information about this feature here. 
2. Set Renewal Reminders: Designed for proactive renewal management, this option lets you schedule company-wide reminders well in advance of subscription due dates. You can find more information about this feature here.
3. Define Channel Preferences: You can select preferred channels for receiving notifications, in addition to those delivered through the Sastrify app.
4. Set Individual Notification Events: This feature offers granular control over your notification settings. You can choose specific events and channels from which you'd like to receive notifications, and you can easily activate or deactivate them as needed.

Make sure to enable notifications for your preferred channels and turn off any you don't need.

The In-App Notification feature lets you receive notifications directly within the Sastrify platform. Simply click the bell icon on the top sidebar to access the notification center, where you'll find customized alerts based on your profile. This ensures you're always informed about important updates, including upcoming renewals, comments, and required actions, helping you stay on top of your tasks.

Manage preferences via email

Every email notification sent by Sastrify contains a link that allows you to manage your notification preferences. 

1. Open an email sent by Sastrify.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email.
3. Click on “Manage preferences”
