How many currencies can be displayed on the platform?


In the Sastrify account, everything is currently displayed in one set of currency, which is the company currency initially defined by the customer; it can be any of the currencies currently supported by Sastrify. All indicators, such as spend, potential, and achieved savings and budgets, will be displayed in your account in this one currency.


Can I upload invoices in a currency other than my account currency?


Yes, you can. However, your subscription will still show spending in your account currency. The conversion is done automatically using a predefined exchange rate. 


To see the amount in its original currency:

  1. Go to the relevant subscription and open the Spend tab.

  2. Alternatively, navigate to Inventory > Spend Import and select an imported spend tab.

  3. Click Edit Info to open the editing menu, where you’ll find the original currency and bill amount.



You can also view the original currency by navigating to Inventory > Spend Import and selecting an imported spend. Scroll right in the table to find the Amount and Conversion columns.



Currently, Sastrify supports processing of invoices in the following currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, SGD, AED, AUD, and SEK.


If the invoice uploaded to Sastrify is originally in another currency, it can still be processed after manual conversion to EUR, USD, or any other supported currency.
