Who Can Invite Users?
Admins users have full platform access can invite new users to Sastrify.
Contributors can only invite other Contributors and grant them access to their assigned subscriptions or solutions. They cannot invite or assign Admin roles.
Please read this article to understand the different user roles and permissions
How to Invite New Users:
In the left sidebar, go to Settings > User & Company Data.
Select the Sastrify Users tab.
Click Invite Users.
Enter the first name, last name, and email of the new user. To invite multiple users, click Add More.
Assign a role (viewer, contributor, or admin). (Note: Multiple users invited at once will receive the same role.)
Click Invite to finalize.
Alternatively, you can use an HRIS integration to import employee data into Sastrify. Learn more here.
Once imported, invite employees as platform users from the Employees tab. This converts them from company records into active users with assigned roles and permissions for collaboration.
To invite employees as Sastrify users:
Select the Employees tab.
Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to mark the employees you’d like to invite. You can select individual employees or choose all at once.
Click Invite to Sastrify to begin the invitation process. You’ll be redirected to a three-step invitation page:
- Step 1: Review the selected employees.
- Step 2: Assign the appropriate role—Viewer, Contributor, or Admin. (Note: When inviting multiple users, the same role will be applied to all.)
- Step 3: Finalize by clicking the Invite button.
- Once invited, these users will also be listed under the "Sastrify Users" tab.
