Who can invite a new user? Print
Modified on: Fri, 25 Oct, 2024 at 11:19 AM
All Sastrify users with an Admin role or full access to the platform can invite new users as well as perform editing functions on all users.
Users with a Contributor role can only invite other Contributors and grant them access to the subscriptions or new solutions they have access to. They cannot invite or assign Admin roles to users.
Please read this article to understand the different user roles and permissions
To invite new users, simply follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the left sidebar of your application and select Settings.
- Click on User & Company Data, then select the Invite Users button.
- Enter the first name, last name, and email address of the new user. To invite multiple colleagues, click Add More.
- Assign the appropriate role: Viewer, Contributor, or Admin. (Note: When inviting multiple users at once, they will all be assigned the same role).
- Finalize the process by clicking the Invite button.
