In the Sastrify platform, we provide diverse user roles and permissions tailored to accommodate various responsibilities.
Your organization has the flexibility to assign three distinct roles: admins, contributors, and viewers.
The table below explains the distinctions among these roles along with their respective permissions:

(1) This action is only available if the user has access to the appropriate tool.
(2) View spend information: Contributors will only see the spend (total and under individual subscriptions) for the tools that they have been granted access to.
(3) Invite users: Contributors will only be able to invite other contributors and grant them access to the subscriptions or new solutions that they have access to. They cannot invite users and assign them admin roles.
(4) Edit Initiatives: Viewers can view, comment, attach documents, link tools, and act on tasks assigned to them. They cannot change the status or view/edit budgeting information.

(5) View and edit all tools they have access to.
(6) View and participate in all initiatives for which they are an approver. Can start initiatives for subscriptions they have access to.
(7) Can view and invite users but not edit existing users.
(8) Can view but not add connections.
(9) Can view a list of tools but not subscription details.
(10) Can view the imported spend and failed invoices for the tools they have access to.
