Connecting Your ERP & Accounting Software Print
Modified on: Wed, 11 Feb, 2026 at 8:49 PM
Sastrify integrates with leading ERP and accounting platforms to automate your SaaS tracking. By syncing directly with your financial system, Sastrify identifies new subscriptions and pulls spend data automatically—eliminating manual data entry and ensuring your tool stack is always up to date.
We use a universal API capability to instantly stream data from various ERP and accounting software listed on our platform to your spend pages. This allows us to streamline data update processes and eliminate the need for manual data entry.
The following guide applies all the available ERP & Accounting integrations, with the exception of Pleo.
For Pleo integration, please refer to this article. How to Set Up the Integration
Requirement: You must have Admin permissions in both Sastrify and your chosen accounting software.

Navigate to Integrations > Accounting & ERP.
Find your software and click Manage.
Enter a name for the integration (or keep the default) and click Connect.
You will be redirected to your accounting software’s login page. Sign in and Authorize Sastrify to access your data.
Once redirected back to Sastrify, your status will show as "Connected."
Tip: You can connect multiple accounts from the same provider by repeating these steps.
For NetSuite & QuickBooks, we have an additional article for each in the knowledge base that covers the specific steps in integrating these software. What Data is Synced?
Sastrify performs a sync every 24 hours, retrieving the following four data points:
Bills: Recurring costs (Date, Amount, Currency, Supplier).
Direct Costs: One-time purchases, check payments, or supplier refunds.
Suppliers/Vendors: The names of the entities you are paying.
Attachments: Digital invoices or receipts (when available).
How Sastrify Processes Your Data
Once the data streams in, our Matching Algorithm takes over to keep your dashboard clean and cross-reference the suppliers we have in our extensive SaaS supplier database with the supplier names discovered via the integration.:
- No Duplicates: If a supplier already exists in your stack, Sastrify simply updates the Spend tab for that tool.

Auto-Discovery: If a new SaaS supplier is detected that isn't in your stack yet, Sastrify creates a new subscription for you.
Reviewing Matches: You can oversee this process in the Inventory > Spend Import > Tool Matching tab.
Invoice Access: If an invoice was pulled, the spend item name will appear as a clickable hyperlink, allowing you to view the document directly.
